Bucket Elevator Installation Success!

Installation is complete at a local peanut processing facility in Houston. This facility donates all their peanut butter to food banks across the United States. The bucket elevator conveys peanuts from the optical sorter to the hopper directly upstream of the grinder. A small footprint was required for this conveying system and it was certainly a tight fit! With Frazier & Son's help in obtaining dimensions of existing equipment and coming out to take measurements of their pr...ocessing room, our customer was pleased that everything fit perfectly. Extra attention was given to safety, as production is ran by church volunteers. To ensure the safety of ithe volunteers, Frazier & Son incorporated safety switches on the operator access doors and a two-hand jog station to ensure operators maintain a safe distance from moving parts of the conveyor while cleaning and changing out buckets. #bucketelevators #processingequipment #packagingequipment #measuretwicecutonce #likeaglove |
