We offer preventative maintenance services. A technician will come to your facility and evaluate your installations and make recommendations to improve reliability and reduce down time.
We are continuously striving to design and manufacture the best bucket elevators in the industry – from ease of maintenance, sanitation, and product handling. Any improvements that are made can be retrofitted within the existing elevator to keep your equipment running at the level you expect from a Frazier & Son bucket elevator.
Our service technicians will work with your plant maintenance department and train your personnel on the equipment so that they will be self sufficient in maintaining the equipment.
Equipment manuals, which include recommended parts to keep on hand, are available to our customers for their reference.
Our technicians are available via phone and email, in addition to making a trip to your facility. If needed, our technicians can be onsite the next day. Weekday or weekends…we will be available to meet your needs.
